Business Analyst

This is a Tech x Business role. You are responsible for accelerating data and tech adoption of the company by understanding the current processes (AS-IS), planning the best practice (TO-BE) and driving the company towards that best practice across multiple departments. You will work closely with operations, finance, HR, warehouse and external vendors.

• 1–2 years of experience in process design, product planning, or system implementation.

• Proficient in creating flowcharts and specification documents (using Figma, Notion, or other collaboration/diagramming tools).

• Strong cross-functional communication skills and experience managing vendors; able to coordinate requirements and schedules.

• Basic understanding of UAT, go-live processes, and data governance; capable of writing SOPs and UAT test scripts.

• Basic SQL skills and experience in report building (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or any equivalent tool).

• Basic familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, or others).

• Background in the F&B industry or strong passion for the restaurant business.
