Quality System Engineer

This position will assist the Taiwan factory in maintaining the operation of the quality system and social responsibility system, and will support quality document management, internal audits, customer audits, third-party audits, and improvement follow-up activities.

The position will be based primarily in Taiwan. In the future, depending on company business needs, the employee may support the Thailand factory in quality system operations, audit preparation, document communication, and cross-factory improvement follow-up.

Responsibilities
Maintain quality system documents and records to ensure compliance with internal regulations, customer requirements, and audit needs.
Support internal audit activities, including compliance checks related to quality, social responsibility, occupational safety, environmental management, and departmental operations.
Prepare documents for customer audits, third-party audits, and external audits, and support on-site audit coordination and follow-up.
Assist departments in non-conformance improvement, root cause analysis, and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions.
Support document communication, audit preparation, and cross-factory improvement follow-up for the Thailand factory according to company needs.

Candidate Requirements

Education and Background

International students, fresh graduates, and working students with relevant experience from National Taipei University of Technology and other universities or colleges in Taiwan are welcome to apply.
No specific major is required. Candidates with backgrounds in quality management, industrial engineering, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, languages, or management are preferred.

Language Requirements

Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.
Native-level or fluent Thai communication ability is highly preferred.
Candidates with Thai proficiency may support communication, document coordination, and quality system operations related to the Thailand factory in the future.

Compensation and Benefits Salary Package Bachelor’s degree from a national university: monthly salary of NT$40,000–NT$50,000.

Candidates with Thai language proficiency will be provided with an additional language allowance.

Final compensation will be discussed with senior management and determined based on the candidate’s education, experience, language ability, and overall qualifications.
