工作內容 Job Description

1. confirm the details of reservation everyday

2. managing  seats and reservations

3. answering phone calls and customers' inquiries

4. processing customers' payment

5. need to be trained in waiter/waitress dept. at the first 1-2months

1. basic mandarin communication is needed

2. excellent communication skills between customers and colleagues

3. know how to operate POS/ inline/ ERP

4. experience for fine dining restaurant before is better
