Information Systems Engineer

Computer & Equipment Maintenance
● Setup and maintenance of company desktops, laptops, and printers
● Windows OS installation, reinstallation, and updates
● Basic network configuration (IP, WiFi, NAS)
ERP / MES / Internal System Support
● Assist users with ERP (T100), MES, and HR system issues
● Basic knowledge of SQL and reporting logic is preferred
● Possess logical thinking skills and understand workflows and basic programming syntax
Network & Server Administration (Basic Level)
● Assist in maintaining company networks and firewalls
● Assist with server backup management
Hardware Asset Management
● Manage IT equipment records, assignments, and maintenance logs
● Coordinate with IT vendors for maintenance and procurement
Information Security & Routine Inspection
● Antivirus software management
● Basic information security audits
● Important data backup and abnormal incident reporting
Cross-Department Support
● Support departments such as factory operations, production, quality assurance, and finance with IT-related needs
● Assist supervisors in IT projects, such as network infrastructure improvements and ERP system adjustments

Education Requirement: Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree
Major Requirement: Information Engineering or related field
Language Requirement: No restriction

Preferred Tools: ERP

Required Skills:
Installation and maintenance of network security systems, firewall planning and management, server and website administration, network crisis management, data backup and recovery, IT equipment operation and maintenance, IT environment setup, computer hardware assembly, and database system management and maintenance.

Other Requirements:

Familiarity with 鼎新 T100 ERP is preferred
Degree in IT-related field or equivalent IT skills
Familiar with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office
Basic knowledge of networking concepts (LAN / WiFi / IP)
