Job Description
Handle product quotations and price negotiations.
Coordinate delivery schedules and manage customer complaints.
Handle customer communication via phone calls and correspondence.
Responsible for business development, mass production follow-up, reception of domestic and international clients, and customer relationship management.
Experience in outsole materials or footwear-related industries is preferred.
Japanese translation and interpretation.
Job Requirement
Work Experience: Minimum 1 year
Education Requirement: Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree

Required Skills:
Sales or channel development, sales target allocation and achievement, sales and management report preparation, customer information collection, customer complaint handling, product presentation and sales explanation.
