Automation Project Engineer

1. Smart Manufacturing Needs Assessment Conduct in-depth analysis of AI server production processes to precisely identify entry points for automation (e.g., high-precision assembly, automated testing, or AGV smart logistics). Lead ROI (Return on Investment) and feasibility studies.

2. Cross-Functional Solution Leadership Coordinate Design Reviews with R&D, Process Engineering (PE), IT, and Mechanical Engineering (ME) teams. Integrate vendor technologies with customer requirements to deliver competitive automation proposals.

3. High-Level Project Proposals Draft high-quality project proposals and conduct technical presentations for executive management and international Tier-1 clients, ensuring project strategies align with business objectives.

4. Global Project Lifecycle Management Define project milestones and manage end-to-end timelines—from design and procurement to in-house fabrication and cross-border deployment—to ensure on-time project delivery.

5. Rigorous Acceptance & Continuous Improvement Lead Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) to ensure compliance with safety standards and production capacity KPIs. Drive continuous optimization of implemented workstations, promoting modularization and standardized production.

1. Professional Background Bachelor’s degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.

2. Core Experience Minimum of 1 year of experience in automation equipment development or smart manufacturing project management. Familiarity with reviewing technical drawings using AutoCAD (or 2D/3D software like SolidWorks).

3. Technical Proficiency Experience with automated assembly machines, Automated Test Equipment (ATE), robotic arm applications, AGV/AMR smart logistics, or intelligent warehousing systems is highly preferred.

4. Industry Expertise (Bonus) A strong interest in or prior experience with the manufacturing processes for "Liquid Cooling Servers" is a major plus.

5. Communication & Soft Skills Excellent logical analysis and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical solutions. Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and basic conversational skills) is required.

6. Global Mobility Highly resilient and adaptable, with the willingness to travel to North America for project-related assignments, including on-site equipment installation and technology transfer at overseas facilities.
