Job Description

我們正在尋找一位有潛力的 PJM（Project Junior Manager），一起參與 AI Server / 水冷產品專案。這個角色適合想往專案管理發展、願意學習與成長的人。你將協助專案時程追蹤、會議協調、資料整理與跨部門溝通，從實戰中學習專案運作的節奏與邏輯。
你會接觸到 RD、製造、供應鏈與海外廠區運作模式，了解一個產品如何從開發走到量產。這不只是行政支援，而是專案管理的第一線養成。

PJM工作任務包含：
1. Material readiness management, schedule pull-in to hit project schedule.
2. Schedule control/team coordination and multiple tasks execution
3. Lead the material readiness discussions with the customers
4. Coordinating with suppliers and functional teams
5. Manage daily workflow as required to meet departmental and customer requirements.
