Job Description
1、Location & Training:
The first year will be based in Taiwan for intensive training, which includes business trips to manufacturing sites for hands-on experience. The long-term career path involves relocation and being permanently stationed at the Inventec plant in Thailand.
2、Management Trainee Program:
This position is designated as a Management Trainee (儲備幹部), designed to groom future leaders equipped with a global mindset and strong cross-cultural communication skills.
3、Interface & Liaison Role:
Act as a key interface between customers and the factory, as well as a vital liaison connecting the Thailand plant with corporate headquarters.
4、End-to-End Operations Management:
Responsible for overall order management, inventory control, Buy/Sell (B/S) material procurement, production scheduling, process optimization, talent development, and driving customer satisfaction.
5、Cross-Functional Coordination:
Lead and facilitate cross-functional communication and coordination within factory management.
6、Key Attributes:
Demonstrates strong leadership and a high degree of ownership; proactive, detail-oriented, highly responsible, and possesses an outgoing, cheerful personality. Must exhibit flexible thinking, agility in problem-solving, and excellent resilience under pressure.
7、Ad-hoc Tasks:
Support and execute other tasks and assignments assigned by supervisors.
