Job Description
1、NPI & Mass Production Quality Management:
Integrate and lead quality improvement initiatives for Notebook/PC products during New Product Introduction (NPI) trial runs and mass production stages, effectively driving the resolution of production line issues.
2、Quality Data Analysis & Improvement Driving:
Consolidate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly factory quality data, and take the lead in implementing cross-functional quality improvement actions.
3、Customer Quality Reviews & KPI Management:
Own and lead weekly and monthly customer quality review meetings to ensure alignment with customer quality goals and maximize customer quality satisfaction KPIs.
4、Customer Complaint Resolution & Cross-Functional Coordination:
Drive cross-functional communication, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions addressing both factory-level and overseas customer complaints to consistently achieve customer quality targets.
Job Requirement
1、Education:
Bachelor’s degree or above (all majors are welcome).
2、Skills & Experience (Professional/Academic):
Demonstrates excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills, strong logical thinking for problem-solving, and a high regard for teamwork and collaboration.
3、Language Proficiency:
Fluent in both English and Thai (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); capable of navigating cross-cultural communication smoothly.
