IC Package Design Engineer

1.Creating package layout drawings for various products and design customized jigs and fixtures.
2. Ensure products comply with design specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements.
3. Establish standard procedures for package inspection and validation processes.
4. Develop and maintain design platforms and related databases/ documentation.
5. Conduct feasibility evaluations for new technologies and build 3D models during the initial development stage.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive new product development and implementation.

Requirements
1.Master's degree or above.
2. Academic background in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Maintenance, or Physics related fields.
3. Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Proficient in software tools such as AutoCAD, L-Edit, ADS, etc.
2. Familiarity with various package and substrate design processes is preferred.
3. Familiarity with programming languages such as Basic, Lisp is preferred.
4. Familiarity with other layout software is preferred, such as Laker, Virtuoso, Cadence, and Allegro.
