Job Description

1. New process/ capability research & development
2. New tool/ material evaluation (Molding/ Dicing/ Grinding/ Laser grooving/ Chip to wafer/ BGA)
3. Transfer new technology to mass production

Job Requirement

Requirements
1.Master's degree or above
2. Academic background in Engineering, Physics, or Chemical Engineering related fields

Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience in photolithography processes, etching processes, and cleanroom operations in advanced packaging or backend semiconductor packaging environments is preferred.
2. Familiar with Design of Experiments, 8D, SPC, QC, Seven Tools, and KT problem-solving techniques is preferred.
