Job Description

1. Responsible for process maintainance and improvement
2. Responsible for process problem analysis and resolution.
3. Responsible for process yield improvement.
4. Responsible for project improvement planning and execution, including cost reduction and productivity imrovement initiatives.
5. Participate in weekend on-duty production support rotation (approximately once per month).

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
2. Academic background in Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Engineering related fields.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience in semiconductor etching, sputtering, photolithography, or backend process engineering.
2. Possess statistical analysis skills, logical thinking ability, and a strong team-oriented mindset.
3. Strong communication skills with a proactive work attitude, high stress tolerance, and strong teamwork adaptability.
4. Project execution and management capabilities.
