Job Description

1. Responsible for daily monitoring and maintenance of photolithography or etching processes
2. Monitor key process parameters (e.g., CD, overlay, etch rate) to ensure product quality
3. Perform process troubleshooting and root cause analysis for defects and yield issues
4. Prepare and maintain process-related documents (SOPs, work instructions, reports)

Job Requirement

Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Academic background in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or Electrical and Electronic Maintenance related fields.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Able to work in cleanroom environment
2. Good communication skills and teamwork
3. Able to work under pressure with strong willingness to learn
